Company Founded
Jones Brothers (Henllan) Ltd was established in the village of Henllan, Denbighshire, starting as a small family-run civil engineering firm serving the local community.
Regional Expansion
The company expanded its operations across North Wales, taking on larger infrastructure and groundworks projects. Investment in modern plant and machinery began in earnest.
Diversification
Jones Brothers diversified into housing developments, demolition, and land remediation, broadening the scope of services offered to clients across Wales and the borders.
ISO Certification Achieved
The company achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, formalising its commitment to quality management and environmental responsibility across all operations.
Major Infrastructure Projects

Equipment Services Division Launched
Launched the Equipment Services division, offering plant hire, sales, and support to third-party contractors – leveraging the company’s extensive fleet and expertise.
