About us
The journey began in 1971, after being founded by brothers Glyn and Elfyn Jones. Initially operating as a farming contractor focused on land drainage, now known as Jones Brothers (Henllan) Limited.
In the early days, the brothers concentrated on field drainage and the laying of pipelines in and around their West Wales base, but their commitment to new ideas and technologies has seen the company diversify into all areas of the construction industry.
The business steadily expanded from is base in Henllan in Ceredigion and by the 1980s had a substantial regional contracting business, today based in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire, our operations now cover the whole building lifecycle from the deepest ground, bridges and highways to construction new build, refurbishment, industrial and Housing.
We are a true family business, with the rains handed over to Glyn’s son Gareth who still insists on a personal, hands on approach to every project and is always available to talk to customers.

Proudly supporting the Welsh Air Ambulance
The Wales Air Ambulance delivers advanced lifesaving medical care to people across Wales 24/7.
They are the only air ambulance charity, based in, and dedicated to, the people of Wales and rely entirely on charitable donations to raise £13 million every year to keep the helicopters in the air and fleet of rapid response vehicles on the road.
The Charity was formed on St. David’s Day, 1 March 2001 and operates from bases across Wales. Since inception, they have attended over 50,000 missions and are on standby to attend those suffering a life or limb-threatening injury or illness.
